Garuda999 requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Garuda999 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. The specific terms applicable to each promotion are set out in the relevant promotional page or notification.
Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. Prior to withdrawal, Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Where a deposit bonus is offered, both the deposit amount and the bonus amount may be subject to a combined wagering requirement. Users are advised to read all promotional terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
Garuda999 takes a strict stance against bonus abuse. All bets placed through the Garuda999 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. In the event that a bet is accepted at an odds price that is materially incorrect — whether as a result of a technical error, human error, or data feed failure — Garuda999 reserves the right to void such bets. Garuda999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on manifestly incorrect odds. Where a voided bet involves funds already settled, the original stake will be returned to the User's Account balance.

Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your Account, subject to applicable KYC requirements and wagering conditions on any Bonus Funds.
